Meet the Leadership Team

Vision

The vision for this ministry is to provide a safe place where women walking these journeys can ask hard questions, feel safe to be vulnerable, and walk in community together all through the lens of hope.

Jessica Satterfield

Jessica Satterfield

Founder/President

Jessica's Bio

Jessica has been wrecked by the love of a beautiful Father. She has known the intimacy of Papa God in the midst of the heartbreak of abuse, infertility, and child loss. Because she’s known Him in the fellowship of His sufferings, she’s also known Him in the power of His resurrection. She writes on her popular blog, Grace While We Wait, and is the author of, Partnering With Heaven, her first book. She is the founder of a ministry called The Garden, that connects women on the broken road to motherhood to the Healer. Wife to her life-crush, Brandon, and mama to four (one who now lives with Jesus) through the miracle of adoption and a miracle in her womb. Her days aren’t busy, but rather, full, the very best kind. You can find her curled up on the couch with good coffee and her family or speaking to groups of women all over the nation. Both are amazing, but home is where her heart is.

Haley Snow

Haley Snow

Executive Director

Haley's Bio
Haley is mom to 3 precious children (1 through adoption and 2 IVF) and wife to Evan. She loves traveling, writing, and online shopping! She finds so much joy in making others laugh and bringing light to those around her. Haley holds tight to the promises of God as she continues to walk her journey of motherhood and has seen and continues to see His faithfulness woven throughout her story. Since she has been a part of The Garden Father has called her into deeper places with Him and she has discovered the depths of His love are never-ending. Her heart for the Garden is to help women go deeper with Him on their own journeys to motherhood.
Jenna Mills

Jenna Mills

Prayer Ministry Leader

Jenna's Bio
Jenna has seen the faithfulness of God daily as she mothers children both from other women’s wombs and her own. She has grown into a deeper intimacy with Father as she watches Him father the fatherless. Over the last few years, Jenna has encountered the love of the Father in a unique way, and it is now her mission to invite others to encounter His love as well. In her free time, you can find her sipping coffee as she searches Pinterest for DIY home decor ideas.
Jessi Beasley

Jessi Beasley

Fundraising Coordinator/Admin Team

Jessi's Bio
Jessi Beasley is so honored to be a part of the Garden ministry. She and her husband, Adam, waited 2 years to bring home their miracle IVF baby, and they’ll be welcoming their second miracle baby via FET in May. Through it all, Father has shown His goodness again and again. Walking through infertility has been one of the hardest things she’s had to do, but it has also been one of the biggest blessings. In the midst of the hard, Jessi has come to know Father and His heart for her. Knowing what He says about her and who He says I am has allowed her to overcome the lies of the enemy and walk in freedom as a daughter of the kingdom. When she’s not busy trying to keep up with her 2 year old daughter, you can find her wandering the aisles of Target, enjoying a cup of coffee, or reading a book.
Sara Deyoung

Sara Deyoung

Care Team Coordinator

Sara's Bio
Sara is married to the absolute love of her life, Ryan. She is a speech-language pathologist/feeding therapist, lactation counselor, and an animal-lover. She and Ryan are expecting their first baby-their sweet miracle girl, Lydia-very soon! They spend their free time taking in the breathtaking beauty of God’s creation by fishing, boating, and hiking. The mountains are Sara’s favorite place to be, but also are significant in her life as well. She’s experienced His tender love, closeness, and provision both on life’s mountain peaks, and also in the valleys when she’s faced mountains ahead. She continues to be in awe as she grows deeper with Holy Spirit and experiences new places of His deep, unmatched love and friendship. She is so thankful to be a part of The Garden and be able to serve in this ministry. It’s a place for her to come alongside women, wherever they are in their stories, and help them to feel welcomed, heard, seen and so deeply loved. She has a big, tender heart for loving on people and embracing others with wide open arms.
