This week is National Infertility Awareness Week. I can imagine you probably didn’t think this would be your story. I know I didn’t. My husband and I have been walking through secondary infertility for the last 5 years and I never would have thought this would be our story. I had no idea secondary infertility was even a thing until I found The Garden. I am so thankful to be a part of a community of women that have walked this tough journey with us and who understand what I’m going through.
Recently the Father has been uprooting lies that I’ve believed, and even clung to, about myself and my situation over the last 5 years. When He does this, He exchanges them with His biblical truths.
I want to remind you, especially this week that:
You are seen. (Genesis 16:13)
You are loved. (Romans 8:38-39) (Jeremiah 31:3)
You are chosen. (Col. 3:12) (1 Thess. 1:4)
You are a daughter. (Gal. 3:26,28)
You are seen, heard, and loved by a Father who can handle your anger. He can handle your fears and your doubts. He can handle anything you throw at Him and NOTHING will change the way He sees you or the way He feels about you.
